That the agenda for the January 27, 2023 Special General Issues Committee meeting, be approved, as presented. Result: MOTION,

That Committee move into Closed Session respecting Item 5.1, pursuant to Sections 9.3 and 9.5 of the City's Procedural By-law 21-021, as Special General Issues Committee January 27, 2023 Minutes 23-005 Page 3 of 4 amended, and Section 239(2), Sub-section (f) and Section 239(3.1) of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, as the subject matter pertains to advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and as the meeting is being held for the purposes of educating or training members; and, at the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of Council or the Committee.
